Ever find something so good on the web that you want to share it with as many people as possible so they can enjoy it too? Welcome to volume one of, here are a few things I found worth sharing. Some mindful reinforcements from around the web.
Remember Bobby McFerrin, the musician who told us to Don’t Worry, Be Happy? I’m happy to report he’s still making music and it’s lovely and perfect for yoga (or 2020).
Since we’re about to be spending even more time indoors. If You’re Already Dreading Winter, Here Are Some Small Ways to Prepare Now. This is chock full of good questions to ponder. I like this one: Is there anything that would help you feel more comfortable and more like yourself?

What Really Makes Us Resilient? Good question.
Resilience is a reactive state of mind created by exposure to suffering. Don’t sugar-coat harsh reality. Tell people the truth about threats and they will respond with resilience.
We all need lullabies. No age limit. My fav is track 6: The Magic Star. PS: Brahms Lullaby has a music video.
Some good news from nature. A pair of piping plovers mated and built a nest on Montrose Beach in Chicago for the first time in 50 years. What’s stunning is the ongoing human effort that began 20 years ago to make it happen. 200 “plover watchers” worked around the clock to guard the pair, even using infrared camera surveillance to monitor the nest at night. I’m so happy for these beach birds! They have their own website.
If you made it all the way down here to the bottom, thanks! My fall series is still available through this little hidden link. Check it out. Movement Ritual. Short. Complete. Yours to keep.
