Sessions available in-person and online.
45 minute private sessions start at $80.
Thoughtfully planned programming based on your unique goals.
Use of props to support your practice (blocks, resistance bands, kettlebells).

Yoga for Athletes
Yoga goes a long way in supporting your performance on the field, court, and pavement. Trisha tailors yoga to the individual athlete, alongside flexibility she emphasizes mobility and strength for a balanced approach.
Recover from intense training, ease tension and improve mobility.
Trisha has taught yoga for Greater Cincinnati sports teams including: NKU Norse Basketball, Miami RedHawks football, Deer Park varsity Basketball and St. Xavier cross-country running.
